VERTEX
Contract Management
VERTEX Contract Manager provides Energy Retailers with the enterprise software they require to better run their business and focus on their clients.
All contracts with end users and decentralized producers are clearly stored and monitored.

1.
Contract level
- Several tabs with detailed contract information
- All relevant information can be stored and linked per contract, such as customer properties, purchase and production profile, price agreements and other contract conditions (such as bandwidth).
The price structure can be accurately displayed per product / period, down to the product element
2.
Deals & Orders
All deals that are linked to a contract (in the sales and hedge books) are displayed in one overview.

For each contract, the realization of actual delivery costs can be monitored during the contract phase. The realization of those actual delivery costs is calculated per product element and presented both graphically and in table form.
The comparison of the delivery costs during the contract period is done on three levels:
- Quotation / contract phase
- During delivery phase (any time)
- After delivery (contract end)

Batches (groups of customers)
In addition to individual contracts, purchasing batches (eg for retail campaigns) can also be entered.
Per batch you can zoom in on the status of the batch.
For example, the expected offtake profile vs. purchased energy can be viewed per month, and the growth of the number of connections in the campaign can be followed.
6.
Strategy products (index contracts)
VERTEX also supports strategy products, or so-called Index products. This allows customers to buy a part of their contract volume on a day-to-day basis over a certain period of time, thereby ensuring a market average supply price.
A Strategy product purchases a part of the contract volume (weight) during a period (x), (y) months before the delivery period (z)
